Outdoor Amenities: Hardwood outdoor furniture and lounge chairs, hammock, propane grill, three large decks, and two hot water outdoor showers. Three kayaks and a rowboat are provided. A sunfish sailboat and private mooring for boats with draft up to six feet can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

Accomodations: Immaculate, 2007 construction, architect-designed, 1,800 sqft home. Two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an upstairs sitting room with futon couch, convertible into a third bedroom. The house can comfortably sleep six people. Chef's kitchen with all new appliances. Living room. Dining room. Cats and non-smokers are welcome.
