History
The original house, pictured above, was a concrete block hunting cabin built in 1938. The current house was designed and built in 2007 by the owner, Susan Berger-Jones, Architect.

The house and setting overlooking the water are beautiful and very private. Yet, if you want be near a little “action”, it’s a quick ferry ride to Sag Harbor and the Hamptons or to the North Fork of Long Island. The owners are fair and accommodating. We would highly recommend spending some time out there.
This is one of those places you think of as “the perfect spot”
It’s tranquil with an amazing view. The house is airy, comfortable, modern and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!
